CAMERA READY SUBMISSION

Camera Ready Papers

Camera-ready papers shall be prepared using Springer LNCS template (Long papers (10 to 12 pages) or Short papers (4 to 6 pages)) and upload it to the EasyChair portal before September 30, 2019. (This is a firm deadline, otherwise, your paper may fail to be included in the IHCI 2019 proceeding).

Please carefully take into account the enclosed comments by the reviewers when preparing the camera-ready version. However, note that you CANNOT make the significant change to the title of the paper, the authors or author order of the paper, and the body of the original reviewed paper. We reserve the option to use the accepted version of your paper if we feel that the updated version differs substantially from what the reviewers accepted.

Springer LNCS Copyright Form Submission

Along with the final camera-ready paper, the authors also need to submit a signed Springer LNCS Copyright form. The form can be downloaded from the following link:

Conference Registration

At least one author MUST BE REGISTERED for the conference before October 20, 2019. Failure to register will result in removal of the paper from the IHCI 2019 proceeding. Registration has already started. Early bird registration is up to October 15, 2019.

Paper Presentation

To ensure the high standard of the conference, the paper MUST BE PRESENTED at the conference by one of the authors. No shows will harm the conference and we will treat the no-show cases very seriously, i.e., may result also in the removal of the paper from the Springer LNCS.
